Jason Kinser

Mr. Kinser is a corporate and business attorney with over 20 years of experience advising clients on a broad range of commercial transactions and legal issues across diverse industries. His practice encompasses corporate law, commercial real estate, employment law and litigation, and construction law. Mr. Kinser provides strategic legal counsel tailored to align with clients’ business goals and operational realities.

In the corporate arena, Mr. Kinser advises on entity formation, corporate governance, business structuring, and mergers and acquisitions. He also represents companies in the acquisition, sale, development, and financing of commercial and mixed-use properties in multiple states.

A significant portion of Mr. Kinser’s practice is devoted to employment law. He routinely counsels employers on employment agreements, executive and deferred compensation, independent contractor arrangements, and restrictive covenants, including non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements. He also assists clients in addressing sensitive workplace issues and mitigating the risks of employment-related litigation.

In addition, Mr. Kinser has extensive experience negotiating and drafting a wide array of complex commercial agreements, including consulting, distribution, sales, partnership, joint venture, licensing, and service agreements.

Mr. Kinser is graduated, cum laude, from the Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2002. He is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Missouri Bar, and the Illinois Bar.  Mr. Kinser was named to Best Lawyers in American in 2019 for Employment Law and Construction Litigation.
