Colin Byrd

Mr. Byrd concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate, business law and estate planning.

Mr. Byrd began his career as in-house counsel for The Kroenke Group where he focused primarily on real property acquisitions, multi-family development projects and commercial finance.  In addition to these areas, he also has extensive experience in landlord-tenant matters.  Since starting with Berger, Cohen & Brandt, Mr. Byrd has expanded his transactional practice to general business law including mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Byrd is a graduate of the University of Missouri—Columbia School of Law where he was a member of the Missouri Law Review and a TA for the Trulaske College of Business.  He is also a member of the Missouri Bar and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
